Insurers' Treating Provider Lists

This webpage lists three types of insurers licensed in the State of Nevada to provide workers' compensation coverage in Nevada: private carriers, self-insured employers (SIEs) and associations. The insurer name does not necessarily equate to the company administering workers' compensation claims. Some insurers contract with separate companies to administer claims, generally referred to as third-party administrators (TPAs). When applicable, the TPA(s) are listed under the insurer, therefore, it is essential to know the insurer's name to access the appropriate provider list. Please be aware that TPAs may be listed multiple times and under different insurers. However, TPAs' provider lists may differ from insurer to insurer depending on contractual agreements.

Medical Providers

To access the appropriate provider list, locate the insurer's name under the insurer type. Click on the insurer name or, if multiple TPAs are listed, click on the appropriate TPA administering the claim for that insurer. Users will be directed to the treating provider list submitted to DIR/WCS. If the insurer is not listed on this webpage, please contact the insurer or claims administrator for further information.
